sadyo ha jāto vṛṣabhaḥ kanīnaḥ prabhartumāvadandhasaḥ sutasya sādhoḥ piba pratikāmaṃ yathā te rasāśiraḥ prathamaṃ somyasya
Straightway was born the bull, the plunderer, to govern the swift-born son; drink, O Sadhah, the desired offering as the first juice of Somya.
May the showerer (of rain), who, as soon as born, is the object of affection, protect the offerer of the effused libation; drink at will, Indra, before (the other gods), of the pure Soma mixed with milk.
SOON as the young Bull sprang into existence he longed to taste the pressed-out Soma's liquor. Drink thou thy fill, according to thy longing, first, of the goodly mixture blent with Soma.
