इ॒मं नरः॒ पर्व॑ता॒स्तुभ्य॒मापः॒ समि॑न्द्र॒ गोभि॒र्मधु॑मन्तमक्रन् । तस्या॒गत्या॑ सु॒मना॑ ऋष्व पाहि प्रजा॒नन्वि॒द्वान्प॒थ्या॒३॒॑ अनु॒ स्वाः
imaṃ naraḥ parvatāstubhyamāpaḥ samindra gobhirmadhumantamakran tasyāgatyā sumanā ṛṣva pāhi prajānanvidvānpathyā3 anu svāḥ
This man, like mountains, brought thee waters, the cows, the mighty cows full of honey. With noble mind protect the progeny; O wise one, lead forth the people along the right path.
The leaders (of the ceremony) have prepared for you, Indra, this (libation), sweetened with milk, the stones, the water; beautiful Indra, who is favourably disposed, and who is wise, knowing well (the worship) that is according to your peculiar paths, come and drink of this libation.
This the sweet draught, with cows, the men, the mountains, the waters, Indra, have for thee made ready. Come, drink thereof, Sublime One, friendly-minded, foreseeing, knowing well the ways thou goest.
