The deeds of Indra, well‑made, the gods do not lessen; he upheld the earth and the sky, set the sun and luminous ones in order.
All the gods cannot detract from the many glorious exploits, and pious works of Indra; he who has upheld earth, and heaven, and the firmament, and who, the performer of great deeds, has engendered the sun and the dawn.
Many are Indra's nobly wrought achievements, and none of all the Gods transgress his statutes. He beareth up this earth and heaven, and, doer of marvels, he begot the Sun and Morning.
