na tvā gabhīraḥ puruhūta sindhurnādrayaḥ pari ṣanto varanta itthā sakhibhya iṣito yadindrā dṛḷhaṃ cidarujo gavyamūrvam
Not you, deep-souled priest, nor Sindhu’s breakers, nor the mountain-stream’s roar shall restrain; thus, friends, if Indra wills, the sturdy, swift-driving bull will overcome the herd.
Invoked of many, the deep ocean arrests you not, nor do the accompanying mountains (stay you); and therefore, summoned by your friends, you have repressed the strong flame abiding in the abyss.
Not the deep-flowing flood, O Much-invoked One! not hills that compass thee about restrain thee, Since here incited, for thy friends, O Indra, thou breakest e'en the firm built stall of cattle.
