Indra, drink Soma, Lord of Soma, this mid‑day poured offering, fair and yours. Swiftly, with heroic zeal, release the hasted generous one; O stealer of foes, here delight us.
Indra, lord of the Soma, drink this Soma which is grateful to you at noon-day sacrifice, Maghavan, partake of the spiritless Soma, unyoke your horses, and filling their jaws (with fodder), exhilarate them at this ceremony.
DRINK thou this Soma, Indra, Lord of Soma; drink thou the draught of noonday which thou Iovest. Puffing thy cheeks, impetuous, liberal Giver, here loose thy two Bay Horses and rejoice thee.
