नि सा॑म॒नामि॑षि॒रामि॑न्द्र॒ भूमिं॑ म॒हीम॑पा॒रां सद॑ने ससत्थ । अस्त॑भ्ना॒द्द्यां वृ॑ष॒भो अ॒न्तरि॑क्ष॒मर्ष॒न्त्वाप॒स्त्वये॒ह प्रसू॑ताः
ni sāmanāmiṣirāmindra bhūmiṃ mahīmapārāṃ sadane sasattha astabhnāddyāṃ vṛṣabho antarikṣamarṣantvāpastvayeha prasūtāḥ
Now I desire the hymn-songs, O Indra, the broad earth’s abiding place, the immortal dwelling. Let the bull split the heavens and the atmosphere; may these progeny be born for thee here.
You have fixed tranquil in its position the vast unbounded and wandering earth; the showerer (of benefits) has upheld the heaven and the firmament; let the waters engendered by you here descend.
Thou hast established in her seat, O Indra, the level earth, vast, vigorous, unbounded. The Bull hath propped the heaven and air's mid-region. By thee sent onward let the floods flow hither.
