श॒तधा॑र॒मुत्स॒मक्षी॑यमाणं विप॒श्चितं॑ पि॒तरं॒ वक्त्वा॑नाम् । मे॒ळिं मद॑न्तं पि॒त्रोरु॒पस्थे॒ तं रो॑दसी पिपृतं सत्य॒वाच॑म्
śatadhāramutsamakṣīyamāṇaṃ vipaścitaṃ pitaraṃ vaktvānām meḷiṃ madantaṃ pitrorupasthe taṃ rodasī pipṛtaṃ satyavācam
Holding the ancestral form, the wise one, with a hundredfold sustaining glance, spoke the fatherly word. He established the assembly and the portion for the fathers; he wept and poured forth the truth-speaking (sacrifice).
Heaven and earth be kind to that stage who is as it were a many-cahnneled and inexhaustible stream (of knowledge); the parent (of his disciples), the collater of holy texts, rejoicing on the lap of his parents,, whose words are truth.
The Spring that fails not with a hundred streamlets, Father inspired of' prayers that men should utter, The Sparkler, joyous in his Parents' bosorn, -him, the Truth-speaker, sate ye, Earth and Heaven.
