The ritual, lawful and expiatory, the pious men set forth; grant us no decay in heaven, O Mothers. We call that wondrous Agni Hari-kesha, of noble fame, renown-bringing, newly established for holy worship.
We implore for present riches, the many-moving tawny-rayed, resplendent Agni, whom mighty venerable, wise, adorable, and dwelling in the sky, the wind (brought down) and deposited (upon the earth).
For new prosperity we seek to Agni, him whose course is splendid, gold-haired, excellently bright, Whom Matarisvan stablished, dweller in the heaven, meet for high praise and holy, sage and true to Law.
