If Brahmā spoke this among you, then around all the ordinances the laws were set like a wheel — thus the measures of sacred speech were arranged.

Whatever (offerings the priest) presents, whatever prayers he recites, he, (Agni), knows them all; he comprehends all priestly acts, as the circumference (includes the spokes) of a wheel.

When swift he follows this behest, bird-like he chants the holy prayers. He holds all knowledge in his grasp even as the felly rounds the wheel.
