Soma-Pooshana, be the progenitor of peoples, of the days, of the earth: born are you the herdsman of the universe; O gods, make firm the navel of immortality.
Soma and Pūṣaṇ, you two are the genitive rators of riches, the genitive rators of heaven, the genitive rators of earth; as soon as born you are the guardians of the whole world; the gods have made you the source of immortality.
SOMA and Pusan, Parents of all riches, Parents of earth and Parents of high heaven, You Twain, brought forth as the whole world's protectors, the Gods have made centre of life eternal.
