Pure waters with sunlike course, unbound, go forth; venerable, the strong hero. They strike down the mean ones; thus not far are the prayers of the Adityas in the favoring of the chosen.
Pure, unmolested, possessing (abundant) food and virtuous descendants, he dwells amidst fertilizing waters; no one, whether nigh or afar, harms him who is (safe) in the good guidance of the Ādityas.
Pure, faithful, very strong, with heroes round him, he dwells beside the waters rich with pasture. None slays, from near at hand or from a distance, him who is under the Adityas' guidance.
