sākaṃ jātaḥ kratunā sākamojasā vavakṣitha sākaṃ vṛddho vīryaiḥ sāsahirmṛdho vicarṣaṇiḥ dātā rādhaḥ stuvate kāmyaṃ vasu sainaṃ saścaddevo devaṃ satyamindraṃ satya induḥ
Born together by sacrifice, together by vigour, I declared together—old in heroic might, companion in battle, gentle in counsel and eager in striving. Bountiful giver, glorious, he praised the desired wealth; gods accompanied the host, and Indu sang truth.
Cognate with (pious) works and with power, you desire to support (the universe); mighty with heroic (energies); you are the subduer of the malevolent; (you are) the distinguisher (between the doer of good and ill); the giver of the substantial wealth he desires to him who praises you; may the divine (Soma) pervade the divine (Indra), the true Soma, the true (Indra).
Brought forth together with wisdom and mighty power thou grewest great; with hero deeds subduing the malevolent, most swift in act; Giving prosperity, and lovely wealth to him who praiseth thee. So may the God attend the God, true Indu Indra who is true.
