adhā yo viśvā bhuvanābhi majmaneśānakṛtpravayā abhyavardhata ādrodasī jyotiṣā vahnirātanotsīvyantamāṃsi dudhitā samavyayat
He who spread widely made all worlds to increase; he stirred up the bright flames of fire, who agitated the inner parts and made the breast expand — the flesh rejoiced at that.
He indeed, the ancient Indra, making himself by his might sovereign over all worlds, became supreme over (all); and thenceforth sustaining heaven and earth, he overspread them with effulgence, and scattering the malignant glooms, he pervaded (all things).
He made himself by might Lord of all living things, and strong in vital power waxed great above them all. He, borne on high, o'erspread with light the heaven and earth, and, sewing up the turbid darkness, closed it in.
