स भू॑तु॒ यो ह॑ प्रथ॒माय॒ धाय॑स॒ ओजो॒ मिमा॑नो महि॒मान॒माति॑रत् । शूरो॒ यो यु॒त्सु त॒न्वं॑ परि॒व्यत॑ शी॒र्षणि॒ द्यां म॑हि॒ना प्रत्य॑मुञ्चत
sa bhūtu yo ha prathamāya dhāyasa ojo mimāno mahimānamātirat śūro yo yutsu tanvaṃ parivyata śīrṣaṇi dyāṃ mahinā pratyamuñcata
He who first became mighty, pouring forth vigour, surpassed the great in strength. The brave one who joined in conflict threw out the headgear of heaven and cast down the lofty of the earth.
May that (Indra) be (excited), who, manifesting his energy, exerted his might for the first drinking of the Soma; a hero, who in combats protected his own person n and by his greatness sustained the heaven upon his head.
Let him be even that God who, for the earliest draught measuring out his power, increased his majesty; Hero who fortified his body in the wars, and through his greatness set the heaven upon his head.
