yaḥ sunvate pacate dudhra ā cidvājaṃ dardarṣi sa kilāsi satyaḥ vayaṃ ta indra viśvaha priyāsaḥ suvīrāso vidathamā vadema
He who cooks the bright, who stirred the milky soma and pressed out the juice — truly you are righteous. We, Indra, exalted and dear, strong of wisdom, will declare the famed.
Indra, who are difficult of approach; you, verily, are a true (benefactor), who bestows (abundant) food upon him who offers the libation, who prepares (the mixed curds and butter); may we, enjoying your favour, blessed with progeny, daily repeat (your praises) at the sacrifice.
Thou verily art fierce and true who sendest strength to the man who brews and pours libation. So may we evermore, thy friends, O Indra, speak loudly to the synod with our heroes.
