अ॒यं द॑श॒स्यन्नर्ये॑भिरस्य द॒स्मो दे॒वेभि॒र्वरु॑णो॒ न मा॒यी । अ॒यं क॒नीन॑ ऋतु॒पा अ॑वे॒द्यमि॑मीता॒ररुं॒ यश्चतु॑ष्पात्
ayaṃ daśasyannaryebhirasya dasmo devebhirvaruṇo na māyī ayaṃ kanīna ṛtupā avedyamimītāraruṃ yaścatuṣpāt
This is the tenth of men and the tenfold of gods; Varuṇa does not deceive. This is the subtle season-bearing rivet that preserves the measure of cattle and four-footed creatures.
Bountiful (to his worshippers) with his (Maruts) friendly to men, wonderful with brilliancies, havingmagical power like Varuṇa, he was known as desirable, protecting the seasons, he destroyed, Araru, who wasfour-footed.
He, with his Gods who love mankind, the Wondrous, giving like Varuna who works with magic, Was known, yet young as guardian of the seasons; and he quelled Araru, four-footed dernon.
