सो अ॑स्य॒ वज्रो॒ हरि॑तो॒ य आ॑य॒सो हरि॒र्निका॑मो॒ हरि॒रा गभ॑स्त्योः । द्यु॒म्नी सु॑शि॒प्रो हरि॑मन्युसायक॒ इन्द्रे॒ नि रू॒पा हरि॑ता मिमिक्षिरे
so asya vajro harito ya āyaso harirnikāmo harirā gabhastyoḥ dyumnī suśipro harimanyusāyaka indre ni rūpā haritā mimikṣire
His thunderbolt is Hari’s green; what of Hari is like copper is desirous between Hari and the belly. In heaven Hari is resplendent, like the quick steed; Indra waxes in forms, Hari green observed.
That is his thunderbolt, yellow, made of iron, the destroyer (of foes), desirable, the destroyer (of foes),it is in his hands; he is) possessed of riches, handsome jawed, possessed of a shaft and anger which deestroys(his foes)-- many golden-tinted forms are mixed in Indra.
His is that thunderbolt, of iron, goldenhued, gold-coloured, very dear, and yellow in his arms; Bright with strong teeth, destroying with its tawny rage. In Indra are set fast all forms of golden hue.
