yamimaṃ tvaṃ vṛṣākapiṃ priyamindrābhirakṣasi śvā nvasya jambhiṣadapi karṇe varāhayurviśvasmādindra uttaraḥ
I loved this bull-roarer; I kept it for Indra's protection. May his tusks, even if rubbed, be strong in the ear like a boar—hence Indra, the mighty, was invoked.
This Vṛṣākapi whom you, Indra, cherish as your dear (son)-- may the dog which chases the boar(seize) him by the ear (and) devour him; Indra is above all (the world).
Soon may the hound who hunts the boar seize him and bite him in the car, O Indra, that Vrsakapi whom thou protectest as a friend, Supreme is Indra over all.
