इ॒न्द्रा॒णीमा॒सु नारि॑षु सु॒भगा॑म॒हम॑श्रवम् । न॒ह्य॑स्या अप॒रं च॒न ज॒रसा॒ मर॑ते॒ पति॒र्विश्व॑स्मा॒दिन्द्र॒ उत्त॑रः
indrāṇīmāsu nāriṣu subhagāmahamaśravam nahyasyā aparaṃ cana jarasā marate patirviśvasmādindra uttaraḥ
Among women I am fortunate, famed for good qualities and fame; none dies prematurely from old age — the husband is trusted by all — hail Indra, onward.
(Indra speaks]: I have heard that Indrāṇī is the most fortunate among these women, for her lordIndra, who is above all (the world), does ot die of old age like other (men).
So have I heard Indrani called most fortunate among these Dames, For never shall her Consort die in future time through length of days. Supreme is Indra overall.
