वा॒चस्पतिं॑ वि॒श्वक॑र्माणमू॒तये॑ मनो॒जुवं॒ वाजे॑ अ॒द्या हु॑वेम । स नो॒ विश्वा॑नि॒ हव॑नानि जोषद्वि॒श्वश॑म्भू॒रव॑से सा॒धुक॑र्मा
vācaspatiṃ viśvakarmāṇamūtaye manojuvaṃ vāje adyā huvema sa no viśvāni havanāni joṣadviśvaśambhūravase sādhukarmā
O Vachaspati Vishvakarman, we invoke with mind and strength today; may he fill for us all the sacrificial rites with gladness and righteous works—may he be of universal support.
Let us this day invoke for our protection the lord of speech, the creator of all, who is swift as thought;may he, the bestower of all happiness, the doer of good works, be propitiated by all our oblations, (so as) togrant us his protection.
Let us invoke to-day, to aid our labour, the Lord of Speech, the thought-swift Visvakarman. May he hear kindly all our invocations who gives all bliss for aid, whose works are righteous.
