य उ॒दृचि॑ य॒ज्ञे अ॑ध्वरे॒ष्ठा म॒रुद्भ्यो॒ न मानु॑षो॒ ददा॑शत् । रे॒वत्स वयो॑ दधते सु॒वीरं॒ स दे॒वाना॒मपि॑ गोपी॒थे अ॑स्तु
ya udṛci yajñe adhvareṣṭhā marudbhyo na mānuṣo dadāśat revatsa vayo dadhate suvīraṃ sa devānāmapi gopīthe astu
He who rose in the sacrifice, the foremost in the offering to the Maruts, a man not of ordinary kind, he gave gifts. Revats places riches for the hero; may he be among the gods' assemblies.
The worshipper who engaged in worship at the sacrifice, accompanied with praise, presentsdonations (to the priests) as if to the Maruts, he enjoys food with riches, and male progeny; may he be present atthe god's soma-drinking.
He who, engaged in the rite's final duty brings, as a man, oblation to the Maruts, Wins him life's wealthy fulness, blest with heroes: he shall be present, too, where Gods drink Soma.
