O strong-winged ones, you sit near Indra, beloved of the seers, not bowed down. Strike away the darkness and with radiant sight protect us, having bound us to the treasure.
The swift-moving well-flying (rays of the sun), living sacrifices, discerning (the future), deservingknowledge, invested Indra, dissipate the darkness, fill out the light; release us like men bound with a net.
Like birds of beauteous wing the Priyamedhas, Rsis, imploring, have come nigh to Indra: Dispel the darkness and fill full our vision deliver us as men whom snares entangle.
