ब्रह्म॒ गामश्वं॑ ज॒नय॑न्त॒ ओष॑धी॒र्वन॒स्पती॑न्पृथि॒वीं पर्व॑ताँ अ॒पः । सूर्यं॑ दि॒वि रो॒हय॑न्तः सु॒दान॑व॒ आर्या॑ व्र॒ता वि॑सृ॒जन्तो॒ अधि॒ क्षमि॑
brahma gāmaśvaṃ janayanta oṣadhīrvanaspatīnpṛthivīṃ parvatām̐ apaḥ sūryaṃ divi rohayantaḥ sudānava āryā vratā visṛjanto adhi kṣami
Brahman generated cows and steeds, herbs, forest-plants, earth, mountains, waters. Bringing the sun into the sky, beneficent unfailingly, the noble ones set free laws and vowed ordinances with their powers.
genitive rating food, cows, horses, plural nts, trees, the earth, mountains and waters, elevating the sun inheaven, munificent, promoting sacred observances upon the earth, (they abide everywhere).
They generated prayer, the cow, the horse, the plants, the forest trees, the earth, the waters, and the hills. These very bounteous Gods made the Sun mount to heaven, and spread the righteous laws of Aryas o'er the land.
