मनो॒ न येषु॒ हव॑नेषु ति॒ग्मं विपः॒ शच्या॑ वनु॒थो द्रव॑न्ता । आ यः शर्या॑भिस्तुविनृ॒म्णो अ॒स्याश्री॑णीता॒दिशं॒ गभ॑स्तौ
mano na yeṣu havaneṣu tigmaṃ vipaḥ śacyā vanutho dravantā ā yaḥ śaryābhistuvinṛmṇo asyāśrīṇītādiśaṃ gabhastau
Minds that in the rites sharpened the sacred fire—men with chant and branch bringing offerings—come, O you who bear arrows and sing praise; to him whose prosperity is led by this praise may strength be given.
(I call you to these) oblations, to which hastening, (Aśvins), swift as thought at the invitation of theworshipper, you rejoice my (worshipper) who, affluent in the wealth of sacrifice, mixes (the oblation) with hisfingers in your presence, (holding) in his hand the sacrifice intended (for you).
To his oblations, swift as thought, ye hurried, and welcomed eagerly the prayers he offered. With arrows in his hand the Very Mighty forced from him all obedience of a servant.
