म॒क्षू क॒नायाः॑ स॒ख्यं नवी॑यो॒ राधो॒ न रेत॑ ऋ॒तमित्तु॑रण्यन् । शुचि॒ यत्ते॒ रेक्ण॒ आय॑जन्त सब॒र्दुघा॑याः॒ पय॑ उ॒स्रिया॑याः
makṣū kanāyāḥ sakhyaṃ navīyo rādho na reta ṛtamitturaṇyan śuci yatte rekṇa āyajanta sabardughāyāḥ paya usriyāyāḥ
The friends of the maidens, newly joyous, did not lack seed, they passed the rite and pressed pure offerings; they prepared milk and clarified butter for the pressing.
Quickly (obtaining) the friendship of the maiden, they poured forth water like new wealth, when theyoffered to you (Indra) the pure riches, the milk of the cow, that yields ambrosia.
Swift was new friendship with the maid they quickly accepted it as genuine seed and bounty. Milk which the cow Sabardugha had yielded was the bright heritage which to thee they offered.
