सहो॑भि॒र्विश्वं॒ परि॑ चक्रमू॒ रजः॒ पूर्वा॒ धामा॒न्यमि॑ता॒ मिमा॑नाः । त॒नूषु॒ विश्वा॒ भुव॑ना॒ नि ये॑मिरे॒ प्रासा॑रयन्त पुरु॒ध प्र॒जा अनु॑
sahobhirviśvaṃ pari cakramū rajaḥ pūrvā dhāmānyamitā mimānāḥ tanūṣu viśvā bhuvanā ni yemire prāsārayanta purudha prajā anu
Together they encompassed the universe with the brilliant ray; the former abodes they measured out—these widespread ones traversed the bodies and extended progeny everywhere.
By their powers they traversed the whole world, measuring the ancient divisions (till then)unmeasured; they restricted all existent beings to their proper forms; they distributed in many directions (light)among the people.
They strode through all the region with victorious might, establishing the old immeasurable laws. They compassed in their bodies all existing things, and streamed forth offipring in many successive forms.
