ye te vipra brahmakṛtaḥ sute sacā vasūnāṃ ca vasunaśca dāvane pra te sumnasya manasā pathā bhuvanmade sutasya somyasyāndhasaḥ
Who are those priests who made the Brahman, born with possessions, and who brought riches in the gift? From the mind of Suman (the generous) the path was spread; the son’s radiant vigour brought the Soma’s splendour.
Sage Indra, the reciters of pious hymns to you who assembled together when (the Soma) is effused,(worship you) for the donation of riches and treasures; may they be competent (to acquire) you felicity by thepathway of the mind; when you are exhilarated with the effused Soma food.
They who with flowing Soma pray to thee, O Sage, to pour on them thy gifts of opulence and wealth, May they come forward, through their spirit, on the path of bliss, in the wild joy of Soma juice effused.
