प्र वो॑ म॒हे मन्द॑माना॒यान्ध॒सोऽर्चा॑ वि॒श्वान॑राय विश्वा॒भुवे॑ । इन्द्र॑स्य॒ यस्य॒ सुम॑खं॒ सहो॒ महि॒ श्रवो॑ नृ॒म्णं च॒ रोद॑सी सप॒र्यतः॑
pra vo mahe mandamānāyāndhaso'rcā viśvānarāya viśvābhuve indrasya yasya sumakhaṃ saho mahi śravo nṛmṇaṃ ca rodasī saparyataḥ
You, O Great, moved gently, like blind splendour, the incense for the all‑moving one; you became all. For Indra whose lovely face was with the great fame, the plant and man made offerings with streaming tearful hymns.
Worship him who is exhilarated by the sacrificiial food, the mighty Indra; the leader of all men, thecreator of all, whose venerable strength and abundant food and wealth, heaven and earth adore.
I LAUD your Mighty One who joyeth in the juice, him who is shared by all men, who created all; Indra, whose conquering strength is powerful in war, whose fame and manly vigour Heaven and Earth revere.
