Make Mitra for us—indeed cultivate the earth; let not terrible deeds move us. May the Maruts appease you; may their wrath be calmed for the bulls’ delight.
Be friends with us (dice); bestow upon us happiness; approach us not in terrible wrath; let your angerlight upon our enemies; let our enemy fall under the bondage of the tawny (dice).
Make me your friend: show us some little mercy. Assail us not with your terrific fierceness. Appeased be your malignity and anger, and let the brown dice snare some other captive.
