ए॒वा ते॑ अग्ने विम॒दो म॑नी॒षामूर्जो॑ नपाद॒मृते॑भिः स॒जोषाः॑ । गिर॒ आ व॑क्षत्सुम॒तीरि॑या॒न इष॒मूर्जं॑ सुक्षि॒तिं विश्व॒माभाः॑
evā te agne vimado manīṣāmūrjo napādamṛtebhiḥ sajoṣāḥ gira ā vakṣatsumatīriyāna iṣamūrjaṃ sukṣitiṃ viśvamābhāḥ
Thus, O Agni, the delight of minds, with feet free from deathless ones, you mingle; the mountain spoke, strengthening this impulse, the all-reaching brilliance of the world.
Grandson of strength, Agni, who are gratified by the ambrosial (Viands), Vimada, (desirous of) wisdom,has recited your praises; do you, approaching with a kind intention, bestow upon us food, strength, and aprosperous abode.
Thus with his thoughts, O Son of Strength, O Agni, hath Vimada, accordant with the Immortals, Offered thee hymns, soliciting thy favour. Thou hast brought all food, strength, a prosperous dwelling.
