स॒मा॒नो मन्त्रः॒ समि॑तिः समा॒नी स॑मा॒नं मनः॑ स॒ह चि॒त्तमे॑षाम् । स॒मा॒नं मन्त्र॑म॒भि म॑न्त्रये वः समा॒नेन॑ वो ह॒विषा॑ जुहोमि
samāno mantraḥ samitiḥ samānī samānaṃ manaḥ saha cittameṣām samānaṃ mantramabhi mantraye vaḥ samānena vo haviṣā juhomi
Let the prayer be the same, the offeratory the same, the same the mind and shared intent of these men. I chant the same prayer to you and I offer you the same oblations.
Common be the prayer of these (assembled worshippers), common be the acquisition, common thepurpose, associated be the desire. I repeat for you a common prayer, I offer for you with a common oblation.
The place is common, common the assembly, common the mind, so be their thought united. A common purpose do I lay before you, and worship with your general oblation.
