य उ॑श॒ता मन॑सा॒ सोम॑मस्मै सर्वहृ॒दा दे॒वका॑मः सु॒नोति॑ । न गा इन्द्र॒स्तस्य॒ परा॑ ददाति प्रश॒स्तमिच्चारु॑मस्मै कृणोति
ya uśatā manasā somamasmai sarvahṛdā devakāmaḥ sunoti na gā indrastasya parā dadāti praśastamiccārumasmai kṛṇoti
Whoever with hearing and mind offers Soma to him, desirous of the gods, attains it all-heartedly. Indra gives not beyond that; he bestows the praised lovely thing upon him.
He who devoted to the deity with a willing mind offers the Soma to him with all his heart, Indra, doesnot destroy his cattloe, but gives him beautiful excellent (wealth).
Whoso, devoted to the God, effuses Soma for him with yearning heart and spirit,- Never doth Indra give away his cattle: for him he makes the lovely Soma famous.
