ऐषु॑ चाकन्धि पुरुहूत सू॒रिषु॑ वृ॒धासो॒ ये म॑घवन्नान॒शुर्म॒घम् । अर्च॑न्ति तो॒के तन॑ये॒ परि॑ष्टिषु मे॒धसा॑ता वा॒जिन॒मह्र॑ये॒ धने॑
aiṣu cākandhi puruhūta sūriṣu vṛdhāso ye maghavannānaśurmagham arcanti toke tanaye pariṣṭiṣu medhasātā vājinamahraye dhane
Among these are the priests, the brave, the mighty who lavish gifts; they worship the offspring of the line, the protectors with understanding, the givers of wealth and fame.
Indra, the invoked of many, be gracious to these Suris, who thereby prospering attain, O Maghavan, toopulence; (who) adore the powerful one at the sacrifice for (the sake of obtaining) a son, a grandson, thefulfilment of their desires, and honourable wealth.
God Much-invoked, take pleasure in these princes here, who, thine exalters, Maghavan, have come to wealth. In synods, when the rite succeeds, they hymn the Strong for sons and progeny and riches undisturbed.
