When, like a conquering army, you come with waves divided, when your winds follow you and tears flow as if the world sinks, return to the earth.
When you move burning above and burning below, you scatter yourself like a devastating host; whenthe wind fans your flame, you shave the earth as a barber shaves a beard.
O'er hills through vales devouring as thou goest, thou partest like an army fain for booty As when a barber shaves a beard, thou shavest earth when the wind blows on thy flame and fans it.
