के॒श्य१॒॑ग्निं के॒शी वि॒षं के॒शी बि॑भर्ति॒ रोद॑सी । के॒शी विश्वं॒ स्व॑र्दृ॒शे के॒शीदं ज्योति॑रुच्यते
keśya1gniṃ keśī viṣaṃ keśī bibharti rodasī keśī viśvaṃ svardṛśe keśīdaṃ jyotirucyate
Keśī bears fire, Keśī bears poison, Keśī bears the morning tear. Keśī is seen in all the heavens; Keśī is named brilliant light.
The radiant (Sun supports) Agni, the radiant one (supports) water, the radiant one supports theheaven and earth, the radiant one is for the visibility of the whole diffused (universe)-- this light is called theradiant one.
HE with the long loose locks supports Agni, and moisture, heaven, and earth: He is all sky to look upon: he with long hair is called this light.
