यो न॑ इन्द्राभि॒दास॑ति॒ सना॑भि॒र्यश्च॒ निष्ट्यः॑ । अव॒ तस्य॒ बलं॑ तिर म॒हीव॒ द्यौरध॒ त्मना॒ नभ॑न्तामन्य॒केषां॑ ज्या॒का अधि॒ धन्व॑सु
yo na indrābhidāsati sanābhiryaśca niṣṭyaḥ ava tasya balaṃ tira mahīva dyauradha tmanā nabhantāmanyakeṣāṃ jyākā adhi dhanvasu
He who boldly defies Indra and the hosts, he who trusts his band — his might is turned; the earth and heaven resist him, O warrior who bears arms across many skies.
He who assails us, Indra, whether he be of the same caste or of degraded caste-- scatter of yourselfhis host, (though it be vast) as the wide heaven; may the bowstrings on the bows of our enemies be destroyed.
Whoso assails us, Indra, be the man a stranger or akin, Bring down, thyself, his strength although it be as vast as are the heavens.
