कु॒विद॒ङ्ग यव॑मन्तो॒ यवं॑ चि॒द्यथा॒ दान्त्य॑नुपू॒र्वं वि॒यूय॑ । इ॒हेहै॑षां कृणुहि॒ भोज॑नानि॒ ये ब॒र्हिषो॒ नमो॑वृक्तिं॒ न ज॒ग्मुः
kuvidaṅga yavamanto yavaṃ cidyathā dāntyanupūrvaṃ viyūya ihehaiṣāṃ kṛṇuhi bhojanāni ye barhiṣo namovṛktiṃ na jagmuḥ
Like sprouted grain and bursting barley, bring forth the food. Make ready the fare for those who, by hymn and praise, have not been turned away.
As the growers of barley often cut the barley, separating it uin due order, so do you, (O Indra), bestowhere and there nourishment upon those who have not neglected the performance of the sacrifice.
What then? As men whose fields are full of barley reap the ripe corn removing it in order, So bring the food of those men, bring it hither, who went not to prepare the grass for worship.
