भूरि॒ दक्षे॑भिर्वच॒नेभि॒रृक्व॑भिः स॒ख्येभिः॑ स॒ख्यानि॒ प्र वो॑चत । इन्द्रो॒ धुनिं॑ च॒ चुमु॑रिं च द॒म्भय॑ञ्छ्रद्धामन॒स्या शृ॑णुते द॒भीत॑ये
bhūri dakṣebhirvacanebhirṛkvabhiḥ sakhyebhiḥ sakhyāni pra vocata indro dhuniṃ ca cumuriṃ ca dambhayañchraddhāmanasyā śaṛṇute dabhītaye
With many skilful words, with many sayings, with much sweetness and comradeship they addressed the friends. Indra hears the song and the praise, and accepts it with faith; he listens for the sake of the brave.
Celebrate the numerous benevolent (acts of Indra) with clever affectionate praises, together with texts;for adoration.
Proclaim his many friendships, met with friendship, made with singers, with the skilful and the eloquent. Indra, when he subdues Dhuni and Cumuri, lists to Dabhiti for his faithful spirit's sake.
