भरा॑य॒ सु भ॑रत भा॒गमृ॒त्वियं॒ प्र वा॒यवे॑ शुचि॒पे क्र॒न्ददि॑ष्टये । गौ॒रस्य॒ यः पय॑सः पी॒तिमा॑न॒श आ स॒र्वता॑ति॒मदि॑तिं वृणीमहे
bharāya su bharata bhāgamṛtviyaṃ pra vāyave śucipe krandadiṣṭaye gaurasya yaḥ payasaḥ pītimānaśa ā sarvatātimaditiṃ vṛṇīmahe
Sustain, O Bhāratīya, the allotted portion; let the breezes and bright ones purify for the ritual. May the milky one of the fair herd pour forth; we choose the all-embracing light of Aditi.
Offer to (Indra) the cherisher (of all) the share suited to the season; (offer it) to Vāyu, the drinker ofthe pure (Soma), who clamours as he travels, who obtains a draught of white milk; we long for the universal Aditi.
Bring swift, for offering, the snare that suits the time, to the pure-drinker Vayu, roaring as he goes, To him who hath approached the draught of shining milk. We ask for freedom and complete felicity.
