अ॒न्यमू॒ षु त्वं य॑म्य॒न्य उ॒ त्वां परि॑ ष्वजाते॒ लिबु॑जेव वृ॒क्षम् । तस्य॑ वा॒ त्वं मन॑ इ॒च्छा स वा॒ तवाधा॑ कृणुष्व सं॒विदं॒ सुभ॑द्राम्
anyamū ṣu tvaṃ yamyanya u tvāṃ pari ṣvajāte libujeva vṛkṣam tasya vā tvaṃ mana icchā sa vā tavādhā kṛṇuṣva saṃvidaṃ subhadrām
Some other I, other than you, surrounds you—like fastening a tree to its root. If that wish is indeed yours, perform that duty, O fair one, bring auspicious consciousness.
(Yama speaks). Do you, Yamī, embrace another; and let another embrace you as a creeper a tree;seek his affection, let him seek you; and make a happy union.
Embrace another, Yami; let another, even as the woodbine rings the tree, enfold thee. Win thou his heart and let him win thy fancy, and he shall form with thee a blest alliance.
