May the seven, the swift descendants of Raghu, who are like Raghu's progeny, carry you off with their arms in triumph. May the bright ones, with sacred hair, seat you on the gleaming flank; Maruts, sweet and blind to noxiousness, be gracious.
Let your quick-paced, smooth-gliding coursers bear you (hither); and moving swiftly, come with your hands (filled with good things); sit, Maruts, upon the broad seat of sacred grass, and regale yourselves with the sweet sacrificial food.
Let your swift-gliding coursers bear you hitherward with their fleet pinions. Come ye forward with your arms. Sit on the grass; a wide scat hath been made for you: delight yourselves, O Maruts, in the pleasant food.
