स्व आ यस्तुभ्यं॒ दम॒ आ वि॒भाति॒ नमो॑ वा॒ दाशा॑दुश॒तो अनु॒ द्यून् । वर्धो॑ अग्ने॒ वयो॑ अस्य द्वि॒बर्हा॒ यास॑द्रा॒या स॒रथं॒ यं जु॒नासि॑
sva ā yastubhyaṃ dama ā vibhāti namo vā dāśāduśato anu dyūn vardho agne vayo asya dvibarhā yāsadrāyā sarathaṃ yaṃ junāsi
He who makes you gentle to him — salutations to that worshipper who follows your generosity. O Agni, increase the youth of this one; as two-pronged chariot, O charioteer, grant him the prosperous course you bestow.
When (the worshipper) kindles you in his own dwelling, and presents an oblation to you, daily desiring it, do you, Agni, augmented in two ways, (as middling and as best), increase his means of sustenance; may he whom you sen dwith his car to battle, return with wealth.
Whoso, bath flames for thee within his dwelling, or brings the worship which thou lovest daily, Do thou of double might increase his substance: may he whom thou incitest meet with riches.
