evā te hāriyojanā suvṛktīndra brahmāṇi gotamāso akran aiṣu viśvapeśasaṃ dhiyaṃ dhāḥ prātarmakṣū dhiyāvasurjagamyāt
Thus you, Haryojna, with true words, Indra, like Brahman and Gotama, performed the rites. In these the all-worldly spirit of counsel dawned; at morning the wise thoughts went forth.
Indra, harnesser of steeds, the descendants of Gotama have offered to you prayers of efficacy to secure your presence; bestow upon them every sort of affluence; may he who has acquired wealth by pious acts, come hither quickly in the morning.
Thus to thee, Indra, yoker of Bay Coursers, the Gotamas have brought their prayers to please thee. Bestow upon them thought, decked with all beauty. May he, enriched with prayer, come soon and early.
