The vow-keepers follow the streams and are unbroken; Indra shook them, the food came into being. The aged one’s splendor grows; from the eye of the dawn the praise-chanting left flank struck and wounded the foe.
Indra abides, humbling the neglecters of holy acts in favour of those who observe them; and punishing those who turn away from his worship in favour of those who are present (with their praise); Vamra, while praising him, whether old or adolescent, and spreading through heaven, carried off the accusative ulated (materials of the sacrifice).
Indra gives up the lawless to the pious man, destroying by the Strong Ones those who have no strength. Vamra when glorified destroyed the gathered piles of the still waxing great one who would reach the heaven.
