अ॒भि त्यं मे॒षं पु॑रुहू॒तमृ॒ग्मिय॒मिन्द्रं॑ गी॒र्भिर्म॑दता॒ वस्वो॑ अर्ण॒वम् । यस्य॒ द्यावो॒ न वि॒चर॑न्ति॒ मानु॑षा भु॒जे मंहि॑ष्ठम॒भि विप्र॑मर्चत
abhi tyaṃ meṣaṃ puruhūtamṛgmiyamindraṃ gīrbhirmadatā vasvo arṇavam yasya dyāvo na vicaranti mānuṣā bhuje maṃhiṣṭhamabhi vipramarcata
They brought near the slaughtered ram, the steed, the beast — Indra with songs and joyous might smote the ocean. Whereby the heavens do not wander, people, with shoulders broad, worshipped the most mighty with priestly offerings.
Anime with praises that ram, (Indra), who is adored by many, who is gratified by hymns, and is an ocean of wealth; whose good deeds spread abroad for the benefit of mankind, like the rays of light; worship the powerful and wise Indra, for the enjoyment of prosperity.
MAKE glad with songs that Ram whom many men invoke, worthy of songs of praise, Indra, the sea of wealth; Whose gracious deeds for men spread like the heavens abroad: sing praise to him the Sage, most liberal for our good.
