trirno aśvinā divyāni bheṣajā triḥ pārthivāni triru dattamadbhyaḥ omānaṃ śaṃyormamakāya sūnave tridhātu śarma vahataṃ śubhaspatī
Threefold for us, O Ashvins, are the heavenly remedies, three the worldly cures, three have they granted from the marvels. May auspicious Lord bear threefold shelter for my body; O favoured ones, grant the protection to the youthful one.
Thrice grant us, Aśvins, the medicaments of heaven, and those of earth, and those of the firmament; give to my son the prosperity of Śamyu; cherishers of wholesome (herbs), preserve the well-being of the three humours (of the body).
Thrice, Asvins, grant to us the heavenly medicines, thrice those of earth and thrice those that the waters hold, Favour and health and strength bestow upon my son; triple protection, Lords of Splendour, grant to him.
