This light of yours be for us — sacrificial, life-giving and remaining. Whatever wealth is sought among the gods, the rich storehouse, this cattle-protecting desire is vigorous within us.

Objects of admiration, may that wealth-abounding effulgence which manifests itself amongst the gods, give animation to our existence, and (permanence to) our dwellings; that we may (thence) obtain food, strength, and long life.

This is my reverent thought of you, ye Holy; may it inspire you, make you dwell among us,- Thought, toiling for the Gods and seeking treasure. May we find strengthening food in full abundance.
