yuvāṃ gotamaḥ purumīḷho atrirdasrā havate'vase haviṣmān diśaṃ na diṣṭāmṛjūyeva yantā me havaṃ nāsatyopa yātam
You, Gótama, manly one, Atri the lovely chants the hymn here; the sacrificer offers the oblation. May not the region of the beasts be seen by us; let those who go forth not carry our prayer away.
Gotama, Purimiḷha, Atri, (each) offering oblations, invokes you for his protection; like unto a wayfarer, who (makes for his intended direction) by a straight (path) do you, Dasras, come (direct) to my invocation).
Gotama, Purumilha, Atri bringing oblations all invoke you for protection. Like one who goes strai ht to the point directed, ye Nasatyas, to mine invocation.
