अभू॑दि॒दं व॒युन॒मो षु भू॑षता॒ रथो॒ वृष॑ण्वा॒न्मद॑ता मनीषिणः । धि॒यं॒जि॒न्वा धिष्ण्या॑ वि॒श्पला॑वसू दि॒वो नपा॑ता सु॒कृते॒ शुचि॑व्रता
abhūdidaṃ vayunamo ṣu bhūṣatā ratho vṛṣaṇvānmadatā manīṣiṇaḥ dhiyaṃjinvā dhiṣṇyā viśpalāvasū divo napātā sukṛte śucivratā
This was the roaring of the airy chariot, adorned, the bull-like steeds in pride, the thoughtful ones. They acquired mind and prowess; the many-splendoured heaven, undefiled, the righteous vow.
The information, sage (priests), has been received; be ready with your praises, for the (benefit) showering car (of the Aśvins has arrived); propitiate (the divinities), for they show favour to the doer of good works; they are entitled to praise, rich in benevolence to mankind the grandsons of heaven, and observers of holy rites.
THIS was the task. Appear promptly, ye prudent Ones. Here is the chariot drawn by strong steeds: be ye glad. Heart-stirring, longed for, succourers of Vispala, here are Heaven's Sons whose sway blesses the pious man.
