Truly your proclamations, O gods, like floods of waters and oceans, the goddesses praise. All of you will make fertile the herds, the courageous ones and the wise, if the lords of counsel approve before men.
The libations (offered) to you are, verily, the cause of happiness, since the divine waters (effused) in the firmament for the benefit of mankind afford you satisfaction. All praise, Indra, is acceptable to you, and you reward with understanding those who praise you.
Libations in the sea to thee are pleasant, when thy divine Floods come to cheer these people. To thee the Cow is sum of all things grateful when with the wish thou seekest men and princes.
